Welcome to Abluto Works. By accessing or using our website (https://ablutoworks.com/) and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, whether you are browsing the website, or signing up for coaching services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Services Provided: Abluto Works provides business coaching services. All services are subject to client eligibility and availability.
Client Eligibility and Qualification: To be eligible to access or purchase any services offered by Abluto Works, the individual or entity must:
-Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
-Operate a legally registered business entity in good standing.
Payment and Billing: All fees for coaching packages, subscriptions, and services must be paid in full prior to the start of the service, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. For recurring monthly subscriptions, your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the same day of each billing cycle. Abluto Works reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are late or missed.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations: We value both your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
-Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and cannot be made up.
-No-Shows: If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session without notifying the coach, it will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
Refund Policy: Due to the time, energy, and proprietary nature of the coaching services provided, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions, partially completed packages, or digital resources. If you are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Nature of Coaching and Disclaimers: Abluto Works provides strategic business guidance, accountability, and operational advice. However, you acknowledge that:
-No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, execution, and market factors.
-Not Professional Advice: Abluto Works is not acting as your attorney, certified public accountant (CPA), or financial advisor. Our coaching does not replace professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
-Mental Health: Business coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or mental health care.
Confidentiality: We understand that business coaching involves sharing sensitive operational and financial information. Abluto Works agrees to keep all non-public information shared during our sessions strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties, except as required by law. Similarly, you agree to keep the specific strategies, frameworks, and materials provided by Abluto Works confidential.
Intellectual Property: All worksheets, frameworks, guides, and materials provided to you during your time with Abluto Works are owned by Abluto Works, LLC. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these materials for your own business. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share these materials with others.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abluto Works, LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
